Remote Available Services

Effective March 19, 2020 and until further notice, Enrollment and Advising Services at Massasoit Community College will be offered remotely, Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. to all current, prospective and former students with minimal in-person services available by appointment at the Brockton campus only. Enrollment and advising services will not be available at the Canton and Middleborough locations.

This encompasses services from the following offices:

  • Admissions Office
  • Advising, Career & Transfer (ACT) Center
  • Financial Aid Office
  • Registrar’s Office
  • Student Account Office
  • Student Central

Requesting Services

We strongly encourage students who have enrollment needs to reach out to the college by email as the first way to address their questions. Please use the Enrollment & Advising Services Assistance Request Form to submit your questions.

  1. Email : We will respond to each student email.
  2. Phone : We may ask students to reach out by phone if email is insufficient or we may contact them by phone.
  3. Appointment : If the student feels they must come to campus, we will ask that they make an appointment in advance.

Current Students

Current students are strongly encouraged to access self-service option via the MyMassasoit portal.

Example of these self-service options include:

  • Request a transcript
  • Request Enrollment Verification
  • Print your 1098-T
  • Pay your bill
  • Sign up for Direct Deposit for refunds

General Services include:


Apply for admission to Massasoit using one of our convenient self-service enrollment kiosks; meet with an Admissions Counselor to discuss admission requirements, deadlines, program choices and application procedures; submit application materials or check on the status of an existing application; or, schedule a campus tour or information session.

Financial Aid

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year at our self-service kiosks; submit required documentation for verification; enable Financial Aid Course protection; sign-up to attend a Financial Aid Workshop; meet with Student Central staff or a Financial Aid Counselor to ask questions about application status, eligibility, verification requirements and conflicts, satisfactory academic progress, appeals, book advances, as well as disbursement and refund information.


Register for and add/drop classes; change your name and/or address; order your transcript; withdraw from classes; check on the status of your transfer credit; or, print your semester schedule.

Student Accounts

Pay your semester bill; waive your health insurance; set up a convenient payment plan; print your Massasoit bill; or, meet with Student Central staff to ask general questions related to student accounts including account status and financial holds, 1098T, Title IV authorization, tuition and fees, refunds, payment options and collections.
